Order acceptance
An order confirmation means we received your order request. Final acceptance occurs when the order is reviewed, payment is confirmed, and fulfillment begins.
Lead times
Lead times are estimates. Production, finish work, supplier availability, carrier capacity, customs, and project quantities may affect timing.
Installation
Lighting should be installed by a qualified professional according to local electrical codes and product instructions. Customers are responsible for confirming site conditions, junction boxes, ceiling support, voltage, bulb compatibility, and installation requirements.
Custom orders
Custom, made-to-order, modified, special-order, or bulk project items may not be cancelled or returned once production begins unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss generally transfers after delivery to the shipping address or carrier handoff, subject to applicable law and the shipping method used. Please inspect deliveries promptly.
