Processing and lead times
In-stock pieces are prepared after payment confirmation. Made-to-order, custom, oversized, fragile, or project orders may require additional production time. Any lead time shown is an estimate.
Shipping methods
- Small and medium items may ship by parcel carrier.
- Large, fragile, or oversized lighting may ship by freight or special handling service.
- Tracking information is sent when available.
Delivery inspection
Please inspect cartons before signing where possible and keep packaging until the item is checked and installed. Report delivery issues within 7 days.
International orders
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and local compliance requirements unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Project orders
For multi-room, hospitality, builder, or trade orders, contact us before checkout so we can confirm packing, scheduling, freight needs, and delivery notes.
